Waste heat is that heat which is generated in a process by way of natural sources exploitation, and then dumped into the environment within the fumes or solid chemical compounds. Part of the waste energy could be still energetically useful. Nowadays the energy needs are still growing, so ways to extract useful energy from such sources are desirable in order to protect natural resources i.e. chemical fuels.
There are many methods through which waste heat energy can be recovered and utilized. Stirling engines are kind of heat engines working theoretically on the Stirling cycle. It uses air, hydrogen, helium, nitrogen as working fluids. The Stirling engine offers possibility for having high efficiency engine with less exhaust emissions in comparison with the internal combustion engine. Our goal is to develop a system for generating an electricity by usage low temperature difference Stirling engine.
